Restore a page version as the draft
Replaces the page's draft with the version's snapshot, mapped onto the current template. The live page is untouched until the draft is published (POST /pages/{page_id}/draft/publish). Content that no longer fits the template is kept aside in the draft metadata. A restore that loses a race with another draft write returns 422 concurrent_modification.
